How to add AI Assistant to my Website without coding
AWI is a cloud-based AI assistant you can embed on your website in under 2 minutes. It does not require any programming skills to install, train and use for your business.
We took care to make installation as easy as possible and in most cases it requires adding one small JavaScript snippet in the HTML code of your online store. This may vary depending on the platform that you use.
Installing AWI on ANY Website
To install AWI on any website, please follow these steps:
- Signup for your account at AWI
- Chose a plan that will fit your needs. We have FREE plan to test how AWI works.
- Once logged, select "Install AWI" from your profile menu.
- You will be provided with short JavaScript snippet that you need to copy and add to your site's HTML code.
- Once snippet is added to your page, you can refresh the page and AWI widget will appear on your site.
Installing AWI on Wordpress
To install AWI on WordPress, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to the 'Plugins' section and click on 'Add New'.
- Search for 'AWI' in the plugin repository.
- Follow any additional setup instructions provided by the plugin.
- Click 'Install Now' and then 'Activate' the plugin.

Installing AWI on Magento 2
To install AWI on Magento 2, please follow these steps:
- Go to your account at AWI, sign in, and select Install AWI from the dropdown.
- You will receive a short SCRIPT tag; copy this script tag.
- Access your Magento 2 admin panel and navigate to Content / Design / Configuration.
- Select the store where you want to install AWI and click EDIT.
- Expand the HTML Head panel.
- Insert the copied AWI script into the Scripts and Stylesheets textarea.
- Save the configuration.
After completing these steps, remember to flush the Magento 2 cache. AWI should appear on your frontend once the page is refreshed.
